[1]Nintendo [1] is taking Wii U and Nintendo 3DS on a coast-to-coast, Cross-Canada Tour this summer and everyone’s invited to join the fun. Fans will get a chance to play all of the best and newest games available on Nintendo systems, including New Super Mario Bros. U, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon from Next Level Games [2], and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Game & Wario (June 23), Pikmin 3 (Aug 4) and Mario and Luigi: Dream Team (Aug 11) will also be available to play upon launch.
For the first time ever, Nintendo of Canada Facebook Fans [3] will get to decide where the tour goes next! Throughout the tour, polls will be posted on the Nintendo of Canada Facebook page and the city with the most votes before the deadline will be the trailer’s next destination. From the Maritimes, Greater Toronto area, through the Prairies all the way to Vancouver Island, now is your chance to bring the Nintendo experience to your town! Make sure to “Like” Nintendo of Canada’s Facebook page for your chance to participate, and keep your eyes open for the polls throughout the summertime. Be sure to check back regularly as new stops are added throughout the summer.
During your visit, gather your friends, choose your favourite Nintendo -themed prop, snap a photo in our photo booth and share it with your friends. And don’t forget to spin the Cross-Canada Tour Prize Wheel for your chance to win some awesome Nintendo items before you leave, including T-Shirts, candy, and photo frames. There may even be a mystery prize or two.
