New 411.ca Makes Finding the Best Local Businesses Even Faster and Easier

411.ca411.ca, Canada’s Local Search Engine, re-launched today with great new features for advertisers and users. Advertisers will see a completely revamped Advertiser Centre. At a glance, business owners can now see their ad as it appears in search results as well as the number of times it has been viewed over the past 30, 60, 90 or 180 days. They can also send messages-such as announcements about a sale or special event-to 411.ca users and pick which review to highlight on their ad. All this in addition to existing features like direct access to edit their info, add logos and photos or request reviews from customers.

The big benefit to users: They can now search for businesses in specific neighbourhoods. For example, they can get the addresses, phone numbers, ratings, reviews and more for coffee shops in Toronto’s trendy Leslieville or upscale Yorkville areas. “411.ca is all about being the fastest and easiest way to Get the 411 in your neighbourhood, and our new website builds on that,” says Steve Curry, 411.ca’s president and CEO.

Returning visitors to the site will also notice a streamlined new look. Using 411.ca is now even more intuitive, making getting the info you want faster and easier than ever before. 411.ca has made major updates to its site twice in less than a year, but the company is hardly out of good ideas. As Curry puts it, “When it comes to innovating to serve our advertisers and users, we’re just getting started.”
