mesh12 Conference Scholarship Program Announced

mesh conferenceTo help startup entrepreneurs access the mesh12 conference, mesh has created a scholarship opportunity so that bootstrapped entrepreneurs can join us this year. Calling it the mesh12 conference scholarship: A Hosted Startup Program, mesh strives to give startup entrepreneurs an opportunity to expand their connections, share ideas and be inspired.

“We started mesh because we wanted to create a space for everyone to come together. We realize that we would not be this without so many supporters,” says Mark Evans, mesh co-founder. “This is our chance to give back to the community that has generously supported us and mesh.”

Who should apply?

Leaders and future leader actively involved in the startup community. Those who talking about their startup and can explain why they should be at mesh.

mesh is now accepting program applications.

Once the application process has closed on May 9, hosted startups will be hand-picked, recommended and qualified by mesh. Then, vetted and invited hosted startup scholars will be asked to participate in the program free of charge.

As part of the hosted startup program, participants will be required to meet with the partners, such as Microsoft BizSpark, Ernst & Young and ME Consulting involved in this program. By accepting the invitation, startup entrepreneurs will be agreeing to a time commitment of three appointments over two days with participating sponsors/suppliers (or a total dedicated time commitment of 45 minutes).

Qualifying Criteria:

To qualify for this program, applicants must be a start-up entrepreneur or an employee of a start-up. The application will consist of detailed questions related to the applicant and their startup. Applicants will be selected based on their responses.
