University of Calgary Team Named As Finalist For Sixth Annual National Security Innovation Competition

combat orbyThe National Homeland Defense Foundation (NHDF) today announced the ten finalists for the Sixth Annual National Security Innovation Competition to be held at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs this April 27th. Nearly 40 different projects competed, seeking the approval of 27  judges from across the US, representing scientists and technologists from industry and government agencies. First Quebec Robotics Festival Draws 5000 Attendees

Bringing together more than 5,000 people from 67 schools in Quebec, one in Ontario and four in the United States, this major event features high school and elementary students taking part in a series of significant technological challenges.
