This April PhotoInPress will release FriendStrip, an application for iOS & Android phones. The company is pleased to offer a pre-launch giveaway to its Canadian users: anyone who registers on the FriendStrip web site by April 15th will gain full access to the app’s contents-for free.

FriendStrip offers professionally designed scenarios to its users, who can then both personalize and share these comic strips with their friends. It’s this simple: you pick a story from our library, you give each of your friends a role in it, and then you all have fun taking pictures. The photos that you take with your friends will automatically show up in the right box of the storyboard, and ultimately create a fun comic strip.

“It’s a challenge to surprise a friend with a unique gift,” says Stephane Menard the President of PhotoInPress. “FriendStrip not only offers high quality scenarios that you can act out with your friends, but it also allows you to show how much your friends mean to you in a creative way”.

FriendStrip was created by seven passionate Montrealers that have surrounded themselves with the absolute best in the industry: scenarists, sketch artists, and comic strip authors joined together their talents to create compelling scenarios for this one-of-a-kind application.
