Canadian group buying site WagJag has announced the asset acquisition of Yellow Media Inc.’s Deal of the Day business. This transaction will increase WagJag’s subscriber list and provide additional reach for its merchants. This acquisition adds to WagJag’s appeal among local and national businesses and allows it to position itself favourably to develop new services for merchants and bring more offers to its growing membership base.

All the vouchers purchased from Deal of the Day will be honoured by the merchants according to the existing terms and conditions and will be accessible by Deal of the Day members until their voucher expires.
