Colligo Networks, a Vancouver-based provider of SharePoint apps for email and document management, today announced the release of Colligo Briefcase 3.0, a major upgrade to the award-winning app for securely managing SharePoint content on Apple mobile devices. Previously available for Apple iPad, Colligo Briefcase 3.0 adds support for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch, in addition to several new and enhanced features.

Colligo Briefcase, which won Best SharePoint product from Windows IT Pro at Microsoft TechEd in June 2012, is the leading app for managing and sharing Microsoft SharePoint content on Apple iPads, iPhones, and iPods. Based on a unified, native iOS code base, Briefcase utilizes Colligo’s proven, secure SharePoint caching engine, used by thousands of organizations globally, to deliver secure offline access to SharePoint content. Designed for people on-the-go, Colligo Briefcase enables users to capture, view, edit, and share files and list items wherever they are, through the familiar touch interface. As with every Colligo app, Colligo Briefcase can be centrally deployed and managed through Colligo Administrator, enabling IT administrators to seamlessly configure SharePoint content access across multiple devices.
