New Social Media Site Allows Users to Share Defining Moments

story messengerBurnham House Media Inc. is proud to introduce StoryMessenger – a social media website where people can share the defining moments that have shaped their lives. This site was founded by James Estrin and Steven James, former police officers from Toronto who have seen their share of fateful moments live and in colour. It was their experience on the force in combination with their families’ storybooks of defining moments that inspired StoryMessenger.

“Stories of fate and destiny are often passed down through families, discussed over dinner tables, and written about in journals,” says James Estrin, Co-Founder of StoryMessenger. “But we felt that there should be a way to take it a step further – to put your story on record and share it with the world – and that’s why we created StoryMessenger.”

The site is gaining momentum since its launch this spring and is home to dozens of stories of fate and destiny from around the world.  Users are invited to join the site, post their own stories, comment and vote on other people’s stories – or simply take them in.  Stories can be searched according to category or by geography.

StoryMessenger is proud to sponsor the The Water Run and will feature updates by the cause’s founder, Ollie Mason, as he walks across the United Kingdom this summer to raise funds for – and awareness of – the important issue of water poverty.

Founded in 2011, Burnham House Media Inc. is a Toronto based media company producing innovative websites.
