Frontline Technologies Announces Changes To Board of Directors

frontlineFrontline Technologies Inc., a Toronto-based private cloud computing and trading platform company, is pleased to announced the appointment of a new board member, Mr. Mo Hirani pending regulatory approval. Frontline also announced the appointment to its Audit Committee two of its existing board members, Ian Camacho and Laurie Clark.

“I am pleased to welcome Mo Hirani to our board of directors,” says Hoss Astaraki, CEO and Chairman. “His expertise and wealth of knowledge of the capital markets and technology arenas will be of great value to Frontline.”

Mr. Mo Hirani, with almost 20 years of capital markets experience, currently has a consulting practice offering C-Suite counsel and expertise to the marketplace. His previous roles include EVP & CTO of Penson Financial Services Canada, SVP of National Bank Correspondent Network and mostly recently Director and CIO of Fidelity Clearing Canada ULC.

The company also announced the resignations from the board from Steve Sadler and Justin Hughes.
