D-BOX Technologies Signs First Deal with Taiwanese Theatre

D-BoxInnovative motion technology developer D-BOX Technologies Inc. and Taiwan’s Ambassador Theatres have signed a first agreement to equip ten screens in five theatres for a total of 142 D-BOX MFX Seats to be installed in the coming months. This agreement marks the first sale of D-BOX MFX Seats in Taiwan and will also generate licensing fees payable to D-BOX in accordance with the systems’ use. 

Taiwan is now one of ten countries to offer the immersive D-BOX experience with several theatres throughout the U.S. and Canada as well as in the U.K., Japan, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand, the Netherlands and Austria.

“As we continue to increase our market share worldwide, Asia has become one of our fastest growing regions to date,” said President and CEO of D-BOX Technologies, Claude Mc Master. “The addition of Ambassador Theatres in Taiwan supports our ongoing global expansion and wide appeal of our international business model.”
