Amika Mobile Solution Announces Strategic Partnership with FieldServer Technologies at ISC West 2012

amikaAmika Mobile’s award winning Amika Mobility Server (AMS) for critical and emergency alerting was used to evacuate Government of Canada buildings at Shirleys Bay Campus as security teams worked closely with first responders to ensure everyone’s safety. Amika Mobile is constantly working to address new customer requirements and innovate.

Amika Mobile has partnered as a result with US-based FieldServer Technologies to extend the reach of AMS physical security alerting in the enterprise. This integration allows automatic triggering of alerts from a myriad of fire, security, and building automation systems supported by FieldServer’s gateway and protocol conversion products. The AMS is unique with its automatic discovery of wired and wireless devices avoiding the need to continuously update user contact information in databases and its integration with disparate enterprise physical security systems such as alarm panels, cameras, access control, etc.Amika Mobile specializes in Critical and Emergency Mass Notification Solutions.

Gartner also describes physical security as a key integration requirement for critical and emergency alerting.
