DLC Quest Now Available On Windows And Mac

going loud studios [1]Going Loud Studios [1] is proud to announce that “DLC Quest”, winner of Official Xbox Magazine’s Xbox Indie Game of the Year 2011, is now available on Windows and Mac. In a rare double-whammy, Going Loud Studios is also proud to announce that “Lair of the Evildoer” is also now available on Windows. Both titles are launching exclusively as part of the Indie Royale St. Patrick’s Day bundle [2].

“The irony of making a game that mocks downloadable content and releasing it in downloadable form is not lost on me,” says Ben Kane, the lone developer of Going Loud Studios. “I’ve also secretly always wanted to use the phrase ‘double-whammy’ in a press release. And now I’ve done that. Twice.”

DLC Quest: [3]

But first you’ll need to find coins to buy DLC to enable animation, sound and even pausing. Thankfully this is just satire and all the DLC is purchased with in-game coins. But consider it a cautionary tale for the future…
