Cineworld Cinemas First In UK To Feature D-BOX Motion Technology
Innovative motion technology developer D-BOX Technologies Inc. and Cineworld Cinemas Limited, the number one grossing theatre chain in the United Kingdom, announced today their intent to equip 30 screens with D-BOX MFX Seats in upcoming months.
This purchase and licensing agreement will start with a first installation of 35 D-BOX MFX seats in March at Cineworld Glasgow, notably the tallest cinema in the world. This marks the first commercial theatre circuit to launch D-BOX MFX Seats in the UK.

The six initial, confirmed Cineworld Cinemas locations include:
- Cineworld Glasgow Renfrew Street
- Cineworld Milton Keynes
- Cineworld Crawley
- Cineworld The O2 Greenwich, London
- Cineworld Castleford West Yorkshire
- Cineworld Didsbury, Manchester
