[1]Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. [1] is pleased to announce that it has settled the trademark infringement lawsuit against New Jersey company Envirosight announced January 19, 2011. Envirosight had been using the Clipstream [2]® trademark without authorization.
Stipulations for the dismissal of the claim include a warranty from Envirosight that it would cease use of the brand in all of its products and services. The court stipulated a permanent global injunction whereby Envirosight is enjoined from using or opposing the Clipstream® mark.
