[1]With all the little princesses and goblins preparing for a creepy Halloween night full of tricks, join TVOKids [1] as they help fill their bags up full of fun and educational Halloween treats. Beginning October 11th and all the way through until the big day, TVOKids and tvokids online [2] present Halloween-themed episodes of kid-favourite shows, festive games and a new Monster Mash-Up contest [3].
The TVOKids Halloween Countdown clock is counting down to the big day. This year, The Space, Ontario’s only live and interactive after-school programming block for school-aged kids, is making Halloween even more interactive by giving kids the chance to vote on what Halloween decorations should be used and where to put them. Kids will get a chance to call in to the Buzz Box with their spookiest sounds, and share their best decorating and costume tips during the live block. Plus, kids will have a chance to play along at home with great interactive educational games, like Creepy Crawlers and Haunt-a-Word!
Have you ever wanted to see what you’d look like as a pirate, mummy, or an alien? Upload a picture of your face and create your very own monster mash-up. Check out the Monster Mash-Up contest [3] and you could win a digital camera, or TVOKids prizes
Try not to cover your eyes while playing games like Monster Match, Creepy Candy, or Big Escape 2: Under the Big Top. Do you want your Jack-O-Lantern to be the coolest in the neighbourhood?
