Social Tactics Introduces New Corporate Social Media Courses

social tactics [1]Social Tactics [1] is now offering corporate training courses in addition to their public workshops in social media and personal branding. The new corporate training courses, led by Susan Varty and Marc Roginsky, Co-founders of Social Tactics, are designed to address the corporate demand for understanding and embracing enterprise social recruiting, social media policies and best practices, and lead generation through social media.

“With social media access becoming the norm at work, more and more corporations want to be prepared to embrace the new shift in social communication using technology tools – inside or outside of the corporate firewall,” says Susan Varty.

Social Tactics’ corporate courses are targeted for C-Level Executives, HR Business Partners, and Sales Managers who would like a strategic overview along with more advanced tips, tactics, processes and tool recommendations.

Social Tactics is also offering an October Career series [2] for the public, which will benefit those searching online for their next job or focusing on their internal career development if they are already employed.  Topics include reaching decision-makers on LinkedIn, interviewing skills and personal branding.

“The ability to showcase your skills effectively and leave an overall positive impression about yourself after the interview will increase your confidence and chances of winning the job over your competition.  The best way to get ready is by practicing your interviewing skills through role-play and mock interviewing – something our participants will do at our Interviewing Skills through Role-playing workshop,” says Marc Roginsky.

Stu Menzies, a recent client, said “the interview coaching from Marc was very helpful, and definitely made me feel more relaxed and confident during the interviews.  I ended up getting the job.”

Personal branding using social media rounds out the October public series. For people using the big three – Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter – they can learn how to focus their own messages to showcase their personal brand online.
