Free Social Media Event To Kick Off Business Guru Cross Canada Tour

business guruBusiness Guru, a company whose mantra is “great events for great entrepreneurs” has chosen to kick off a cross-Canada tour in Hamilton Ontario with a free networking, breakfast and social media seminar: From Conversation to Conversion: Using Social Media to Drive Sales.

The event, which is being held at the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel on September 27th, starts with an opportunity for local entrepreneurs to network with other Hamilton area businesses and a complimentary continental breakfast. Co-founder and president of the social media and marketing firm Stryve Group, Sourov De, will then lead a compelling presentation on how businesses can cut through the noisy clutter generated by social media, get their message across and turn this ongoing dialogue into sales and brand loyalty.

“Social media is still a relatively new medium,” notes keynote Sourov De who adds that businesses are still not quite sure how to employ social media successfully. “I find that many businesses spend too much time talking about themselves and not enough time listening,” he adds. “Social media offers a unique chance to have an ongoing conversation with your customers and build a great relationship and trust. This kind of meaningful exchange is what drives sales—not the other way around.”

To attend this free event, please register online.
