“All of the entries we received reflect the dedication, spirit and amazing talent of our global community of CorelDRAW users,” said John Falsetto, Product Manager for CorelDRAW Graphics Suite. “We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the submissions and had a tough time narrowing it down to our selected winners. Our users continually inspire us and we are delighted to have had this chance to see even more examples of how CorelDRAW Graphics Suite makes a difference in the lives – and livelihoods – of our most loyal users.”

Corel is pleased to recognize the first-place winners in each of the contest’s six categories:

Drawn from all corners of the globe, these winners reflect the growing popularity of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite in emerging markets such as Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific.

Oglushevich, was also named the grand prize winner for his General Illustration and Fine Art submission entitled “The Portrait With a Rose.” He will receive a Roland® VersaCAMM™ VP-540 printer/cutter valued at approximately $22,000 USD. “I am truly honored to have been chosen as the grand prize winner in the CorelDRAW International Design Contest. CorelDRAW Graphics Suite is a key part of my day-to-day work. I love that it is powerful enough to create professional pieces, but also precise and versatile enough to create beautiful artwork,” said Oglushevich. “I am thankful to Corel for giving me the opportunity to showcase my work and can’t wait to integrate the Roland printer/cutter into my workflow!”
